Your privacy is important to Pine Blossoms Website Designs. Under no circumstances will any of your personal information be shared with anyone. This includes your name, address, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, account names and passwords, etc.

Any and all user names and/or passwords given to me will remain confidential and such information will not be disclosed to any one for any reason at any time. The use of user name and passwords shall be used by me for the sole purpose of creating and/or uploading your website to the server hosting the site and for no other reason whatsoever.

Small cookies are placed on your computer when you visit my website. These cookies count my website visitors and give general information about your Internet Service Provider, IP address, etc. The cookies are totally harmless and do not collect personal information about you.

All websites are built meticulously, with as much care as I would my own. Each page is tested for coding errors before you are billed. After your site is completed, I will gladly correct any mistakes on my part free of charge.

There will be NO REFUNDS for any services rendered. Website designing is a service, not a product. Website designing involves complex coding in order to prepare text, photos, audio, and other materials for internet use. Even if you decide you don't want the website, the work has been done and has to be paid for. Pre-payments and over-payments will be returned if no work has been done.

Every effort is made to design your website beautifully, error-free, handicapped-accessible, and search engine optimized, while following known current standards and recommendations. However, Pine Blossoms Website Designs cannot guarantee search engine placement or website traffic. Each search engine uses a broad array of information that determines rankings, and, therefore, search engine optimization is not an exact science.

Pine Blossoms Website Designs reserves the right to deny service to websites with contents for adults only, hate, racism, and other types of content, at my sole discretion. I further do not necessary agree with all the content of the websites that I have created.

It has been brought to our attention that there is an offensive website using an address very close to ours. We are not affiliated with that website in any way.
